Southbend 4361D-2TR Description

Ultimate Restaurant Range, gas, 36", featuring (2) non-clog burners with standard grates, a 24" griddle on the right side, and thermostatic controls. It includes a standing pilot, (1) standard oven with battery spark ignition, and one rack. The range is designed with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 159,000. The unit meets cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications.
