The unit also has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6" adjustable legs. The total BTU is 114,000. It meets cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications.
This commercial range is available in both gas and electric versions. It offers a space-efficient and productive cooking station with a 36" wide, 37" high, and 27" deep top. The oven includes (3) racks, a standing pilot for the burners, and a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety.
