The Southbend 4362C-2TL Ultimate Restaurant Range is a 36-inch gas range designed to meet the needs of high-traffic commercial kitchens. It includes two non-clog burners with wavy grates, a 24-inch left-side griddle with thermostatic controls, and a cabinet base for additional storage. The range also features a standing pilot, a 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf, and stainless steel construction for the front, sides, and shelf. With 102,000 BTU of power, it is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified, providing both performance and safety.
