The Southbend 4601CC-6L is a 60" gas range designed for high-capacity commercial kitchens. It includes (3) star/sauté burners on the front left, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear left, and (4) non-clog burners on the right. The range is equipped with standard grates and a standing pilot. The unit also features (2) cabinets for convenient storage and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The stainless steel construction on the front, sides, shelf, and adjustable legs ensures durability and ease of cleaning. With a total output of 311,000 BTU, this range is ideal for handling heavy cooking demands in a busy restaurant setting.
