The Southbend 4601DC-7L is a 60" gas restaurant range with (4) non-clog burners and (4) Pyromax burners on the left side. It features a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base. The unit includes (1) rack, a 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf, and is built with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6" adjustable legs. This range has a total of 337,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified.
