The Southbend 4601DD-2GR Ultimate Restaurant Range is a 60" gas range designed for heavy-duty use in commercial kitchens. It comes equipped with (6) non-clog burners with standard grates, a 24" griddle on the right side, and (2) standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven includes (1) rack, and the range features a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The unit is constructed from durable stainless steel and delivers 336,000 BTU of cooking power. Certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, it meets high safety and quality standards.
