The unit also includes a cabinet base with a rack, a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, and is constructed from durable stainless steel. With 291,000 BTU, it provides powerful cooking performance and meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and cCSAus certifications.
