The Southbend 4603AA-2GL is a 60" gas-powered range that provides excellent performance and versatility for high-volume kitchens. It features six star/sauté burners and a 24" griddle on the left side for a variety of cooking options. This model includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition, each with three racks for maximum cooking capacity. The 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf offers convenience and improved airflow. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and shelf, it also includes 6" adjustable legs for stability. With 310,000 BTU total power, the range is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
