Southbend 4601AA-3CR Ultimate Restaurant Range Description:

The Southbend 4601AA-3CR is a 60" gas range designed to handle the demands of busy commercial kitchens. It features (4) non-clog burners with standard grates for flexible cooking options. A 36" charbroiler is positioned on the right side for grilling and broiling. The range includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition, offering efficient cooking and three racks per oven. Built with stainless steel, it also includes a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf for extra storage or workspace.
