The Southbend 4481EE-3CL Ultimate Restaurant Range is a versatile 48" gas range tailored for high-demand commercial kitchens. It features two non-clog burners with standard grates and a 36" charbroiler on the left for grilling. The range includes two space-saver ovens with battery spark ignition, each equipped with one rack. Additional features include a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, and the construction is made with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. The range stands on 6" adjustable legs and delivers 252,000 BTU. CSA and NSF certifications ensure durability and safety.
