The Southbend 4482EE-2GL is a versatile 48" gas range, featuring (4) non-clog burners with wavy grates for consistent heat distribution. On the left side, it includes a 24" griddle, ideal for cooking pancakes, eggs, and other items that require a flat cooking surface. Two space saver ovens with battery spark ignition offer ample cooking capacity, and each oven comes with one rack.

Designed for commercial use, it has a standing pilot for reliable ignition and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf for effective heat management. With a total output of 246,000 BTU, this range is built to handle high-volume cooking, making it an excellent choice for restaurants and foodservice establishments.
