This 48" gas restaurant range offers a combination of three star/sauté burners in the front right, two pyromax burners in the back right, and two non-clog burners on the left. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base for additional storage. With 278,000 BTU, this heavy-duty range is perfect for high-volume commercial kitchens.
