The Southbend 4484AC-7L is a high-performance 48" gas range designed for commercial kitchens. It features four Pyromax burners on the left, a star/sauté burner on the front right, and a non-clog burner on the rear right. The range includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base with three racks. The stainless steel construction ensures durability, and the unit is equipped with a 22-1/2" flue riser and shelf for added convenience.
