The range includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base for additional storage. It comes with three racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, it stands on 6" adjustable legs. The total output is 204,000 BTU, and the unit is CSA and NSF certified for reliability and safety.
