The Southbend SE36A-TTH is a 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range that combines a 24" griddle, a 12" hot top, and a convection oven in one convenient unit. Its stainless steel front, sides, and top provide a sturdy and reliable design, making it a durable addition to any kitchen.

The 12" hot top is thermostatically controlled, offering a temperature range from 250°F to 850°F, perfect for a wide variety of cooking tasks. The 24" griddle features a 0.5" thick plate and is also thermostatically controlled with a temperature range of 250°F to 850°F, offering precise control for cooking large batches of food such as burgers and breakfast items. The griddle is equipped with splash guards on the sides and rear to keep the cooking area and nearby surfaces clean. The front of the cooktop is fitted with a 9.25" deep rail for added functionality.

The 6-kilowatt convection oven comes with three (3) racks and six (6) side rails for maximum cooking space. Its dual-speed fan ensures even heat distribution, cooking food uniformly and quickly. The oven is fully insulated on all sides for efficiency and has durable stainless steel oven components, including the door and throat.

This commercial range also features a 5" stainless steel flue riser to help redirect heat and smoke away from the users, and the adjustable 6" legs ensure it can be installed safely on uneven floors.

The unit meets all cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring safety and quality.
