The Southbend SE36A-BBB is a 36" heavy-duty electric commercial range designed for high-performance in busy professional kitchens. Featuring six round hotplates controlled by a three-heat switch, this unit provides versatile cooking options with high, medium, and low heat settings. The unit also includes a convection oven with three oven racks for evenly baked dishes and pastries. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and oven lining, this range is built to withstand the rigors of daily use.
