Each 9" hotplate has a dedicated three-heat switch, allowing you to adjust the temperature to high, low, or medium for versatile cooking options.
The standard oven, fully insulated on all sides, includes one rack and is constructed with stainless steel lining and an aluminized steel interior for reliable heat retention. A 5" stainless steel flue riser helps to remove heat and smoke for user comfort, and the 6" adjustable legs ensure a stable setup, even on uneven floors. This range is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, meeting industry standards for safety and performance.
