The range includes advanced features like thermostatic controls for the griddle and a TruVection oven with high-efficiency burners for even and fast cooking.
Equipped with four 4.1-kilowatt heating elements, the griddle delivers consistent and powerful heat for your cooking needs. The TruVection oven offers even heat distribution through its two-speed blower fan, patented inshot burner system, and oven baffle technology. The porcelain enamel interior provides 60 lbs of meat capacity, three racks, and adjustable temperature controls ranging from 150°F to 500°F. A 60-minute mechanical cook timer ensures precise baking and cooking.
