The Southbend SE36A-TTB is a 36" heavy-duty electric commercial range, combining two round hotplates, a 24" griddle, and a convection oven, making it a versatile powerhouse for high-volume cooking. Built with stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and oven lining, this range offers durability and resistance to rust and corrosion, perfect for busy commercial kitchens.

The 24" wide griddle is powered by two 5.3-kilowatt heating elements and has thermostatic controls that allow temperature adjustments from 250°F to 850°F. Splash guards on the sides and rear prevent food debris from splattering onto surrounding surfaces. The two 9" round hotplates come with three-heat switches (low, medium, high) for versatile cooking, and the 9.25" deep front rail adds extra functionality. The convection oven is fully insulated and features a dual-speed fan to circulate heat evenly, ensuring quick and thorough cooking. With three racks and six removable side rails, the oven can handle large batches of food at once, and its stainless steel interior ensures long-lasting performance. A 5" stainless steel flue riser helps direct heat and smoke away from users, while the 6" adjustable legs make it easy to install on uneven floors.

This unit meets both cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring it meets the highest safety and sanitation requirements.
