The Southbend 234R is a 34" gas-powered, double-deck radiant broiler designed for high performance in commercial kitchens. With a total of 220,000 BTU (180,000 BTU LP), this unit offers powerful cooking output and durability. It features 24-1/2" x 28" broiling grids with four height positions, twin burner controls for flexibility, and an aluminum back for efficient heat distribution. The broiler has stainless steel front, sides, and top, plus 6" adjustable legs for easy placement in any kitchen layout.
