The Southbend P32N-171 is a 32" gas-powered Platinum Heavy Duty Broiler, designed for commercial kitchens with a single deck and infrared burners. Unlike other models, this unit comes without a base and includes a warming oven. It features a stainless steel exterior, including front, sides, and back, with 6" adjustable legs for flexible placement. With a powerful 149,000 BTU, this broiler offers high cooking efficiency and includes a 90-second preheat for seamless cooking without waiting between loads.
