The Southbend P36N-BHH is a 36" Platinum Heavy Duty Gas Range featuring two 35,000 BTU open burners and two 12" hot tops, providing a total of 134,000 BTU of cooking power. This modular unit is perfect for adding extra cooking capacity to your counter, refrigerated, or freezer base. The stainless steel construction on the front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom makes it resistant to rust, corrosion, and easy to maintain.

The open burners provide a non-clogging, high-performance cooking experience with a total of 70,000 BTU. Each burner features a removable welded steel top grate for easy repositioning of pots and pans. The hot tops each have two 16,000 BTU burners and can reach temperatures of up to 700°F at the center, providing flexible cooking options. This range is designed with a 9.25" deep front rail and a fully insulated burner box for added safety and efficiency.
