The Southbend P32A-XT Platinum Heavy Duty Range offers a versatile cooking solution with a 16" griddle, two (2) 45,000 BTU open burners, and a convection oven, all within a compact 32" footprint. Crafted for durability and efficiency, this unit features stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and exterior bottom, as well as 6" adjustable legs to ensure stability on uneven floors. The open burners are clog-free and have removable cast iron top grates that retain heat for faster recovery and preheating.

The 16" griddle comes with a 1" thick plate that provides excellent heat retention for quick cooking. It is controlled by thermostatic adjustments, allowing you to set temperatures between 180°F and 400°F. The convection oven is powered by a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot, and its two-speed fan ensures even heat distribution. With three (3) oven racks and thermostatic controls ranging from 175°F to 550°F, it allows for precise baking. The oven's interior is porcelain enamel for easy cleaning, and the unit features fully insulated linings and burner box for improved efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser directs heat and smoke away from the user, contributing to a comfortable kitchen environment.
