Each hotplate is equipped with two 2.6-kilowatt heating elements, allowing for precise temperature control through thermostatic adjustments to meet the demands of any recipe. The 9.25" deep front rail adds extra workspace, while the fully insulated lining and burner box enhance efficiency. A 5" stainless steel flue riser redirects heat and smoke, maintaining a safe and comfortable cooking environment. The stainless steel cabinet offers convenient storage, and the 6" adjustable legs accommodate uneven floors.
