The Howard McCray SC-CMS40E 40-Series is a single-duty, self-contained refrigerated display case purpose-built for red meat. It is part of the “40E Endless” series, designed to allow continuous lineups of cases for seamless merchandising.

• Refrigeration & Defrost: Uses a self-contained “Copevap” refrigeration system that removes the need for a condensate pan. Defrost is electronically controlled, and temperature is maintained electronically for consistency.

• Power & Certifications: Runs on 115 V, single-phase power. It is UL-classified to ANSI/NSF 7 and has UL EPH sanitation certification.
