This slim-line modular flaker is designed for efficiency and durability, featuring Advanced CleanCycle24™ technology, which automatically performs a 2-second rinse every hour to reduce sediment buildup and ensure consistently clean ice. Its greaseless bearing auger construction minimizes maintenance, while the stainless steel exterior provides long-term durability in demanding commercial environments.

For higher ice demands, two units can be mounted side-by-side for double production. The F-1002MWJ is also compatible with a wide range of Hoshizaki ice storage bins and dispensers (sold separately), making it a versatile and reliable choice for any commercial ice application.
